This Artichoke softneck garlic boasts a sweet and mild flavor. It’s also a great braiding garlic, producing a mix of small, medium, and large bulbs that add charm to any kitchen display.
Early Italian grows well in USDA zones 6-10 and adapts to summer heat, a great option for Southern gardens. Bulbs have 10 to 15 multi-sized cloves (smaller cloves are great for green garlic). Easy to grow with long storage when properly cured.
Stores 9-12 months.
